April 18, 1997 <br />Dear Jim Morelan, <br />As we discussed previously, I was offered a full time position with the Maple Grove <br />Parks and Recreation Board and with the expected demand for overtime hours, <br />working for Little Canada is something I regret to have to give up. I have agreed to <br />continue working in this position until the department has hired a replacement. It is my <br />understanding that you will post the position as soon as possible to start the <br />recruitment process. <br />I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and <br />encouragement in my three years of employment with the city. Your flexibility and <br />willingness to work cooperatively with staff is a reflection of the department's success. <br />It is a pleasure to have worked with you, Jack and Don.
