COMMUNITY APPEARANCE
We are proud of this community and the facilities we have to offer you. We want and
need your pride in the apartment community as well. Only with your assistance and
cooperation can we maintain an attractive, well kept, and safe property in which you can
live and entertain your guests. We, therefore, ask that the residents abide by the following
policies:
* The lawn, trees and shrubs are an important and valuable asset to the
community. You will be liable for any damage caused by you, your
children or your guests.
* Remove all toys, bikes, lawn furniture, barbecues, etc. used outside of your
unit as these items are to be stored in your unit. Under no circumstances
are they to be left around the grounds or in the hallways as this would
present a fire code violation (or potential hazard) or they could be stolen.
* Children are only to play in designated play areas No children playing, or
adults loitering in the hallways. This policy is for their safety and for the
convenience of you and your neighbors.
* Window coverings should be attractive to the surroundings. Sheets,
blankets, foil or any other similar items are not allowed.
* Any additions to your units (i.e. paint, wallpaper, cabinets, carpet, vanities,
A/C, CB and TV antennas) must be approved in writing by management
prior to installation.
Page 9 (
Dominium Management Services, Inc.
Rev. 2/97
Page 30
Resident
Initials
