REDECORATING <br />Your unit has been cleaned and re- decorated prior to move -in. We have purposely <br />selected a very neutral color to allow each resident the opportunity to <br />complimentary colors through the addition of personal furnishings. <br />We do not allow any decorating alterations to the original color and design of your unit. <br />"Contact" and/or wallpaper is not allowed as it does destroy the original finish and cannot <br />be removed without causing major damage to the sheetrock walls. Additional carpet can <br />be added under special conditions; however, this would require written permission from <br />management. <br />COUNTER TOPS <br />Your counter surfaces are made of a very durable product. However, please do not place <br />might <br />extremely hot objects directly upon them. Remove quickly any directly substance <br />them with a <br />cause a stain. Under no circumstance should you cut anything Y <br />sharp knife. <br />VINYL FLOORS <br />Keep your vinyl floors clean and bright by washing and waxing them periodically.
