75994 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Little Canada enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 75994 <br />with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit: <br />To provide for payment by the State to the City for the costs of the acquisition of landscape <br />materials to be placed along Trunk Highway No. 36 from Edgerton Street to McMenemy Street <br />under State Project No. 6212 -969A (T.H. 36 =118). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute such Agreement. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of Little Canada <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy of the resolution <br />presented to and adopted by the Council of the City of Little Canada at a duly authorized meeting <br />thereof held on the day of , 1997, as shown by the minutes of the <br />meeting in my possession. <br />City Administrator <br />(Signature) <br />Page 49 <br />(Type or print name) <br />
