Hanson <br />Please find enclosed a voluntary offer to sell real estate for the property located at 2 Little <br />Canada Road East. (You will note that I revised the form to state the City will pay the asking <br />price if supported by an appraisal if that figure is less than the asking price.) <br />It is my recommendation that we proceed with the appraisal and purchase of the property at 2 <br />Little Canada Road East pursuant to the Round Lake property acquisition guidelines.
