Hanson <br />We solicited bids for the sale and relocation of the four houses we have acquired relative to our <br />economic development projects. (Little Canada Road and Condit Street) The bid tabulation is <br />enclosed. You will note we received a bid on only one of the structures. <br />It is my recommendation that we award the bid for 52 Little Canada Road East to Prodger <br />Moving in the amount of $7,500 pursuant to the specifications issued. It should be noted that <br />they will need to remove one large pine tree in front of the house and trim an adjacent pine to <br />accommodate the move. <br />There is still a chance the additional houses could be sold to movers at a nominal cost.
