Hanson <br />RE: Sanitary Sewer Billing Agreement Between the City of Little Canada and the <br />City of Maplewood <br />The City of Maplewood is currently in the process of turning their utility billing over to the St. <br />Paul Water Utility. They have asked me if we would bill both water and sanitary sewer for the <br />properties that are located outside of Little Canada, but hooked up to our water supply system. <br />Cub Foods is the only property that would be affected by this agreement. In the interest of <br />streamlining the utility billing process for Cub Foods, the City of Maplewood and the City of <br />Little Canada, and to improve our working relationship with the City of Maplewood, I <br />recommend we enter into this agreement. <br />SRT:kpv <br />Page 101 <br />
