The applicant's request requires the processing of Conditional Use Permit <br />(CUP) to allow interim outdoor storage of RVs until Phase II is constructed. Finally, a <br />variance is required to allow curb accesses with less than 40 feet of separation. The <br />subject parcel is zoned B -W, Business Warehousing. The applicant is requesting a PUD -CUP amendment to allow for <br />the expansion of their existing mini - storage operation.
