This legal <br />legal description for that portion of the property conveyed by the State of Minnesota which is <br />currently owned by St. Jude and lies within Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 300. <br />Paul will note that I have corrected the typographical error contained in the survey by now <br />correctly reciting in the second line that the line is "distant 150 northwestern'. <br />It is my understanding that Joel will commence vacation proceedings with regard to this property, <br />which proceedings are required because the interest of the State of Minnesota was solely by <br />means of an easement, and not in fee. foiowing the completion of the vacation, I expect that <br />Joel will provide me with a certified copy of the vacation and authorization to attach this <br />additional language to the Quit Claim Deed from the City to St. Tude Medical. Once I am in <br />receipt of that document and authorization, I will be prepared to wire transfer funds to the City. <br />In this regard, I remind Joel that I still have not yet received the City's wire transfer instructions. <br />Please remember that I will not forward any of the documents previously provided to me (or <br />provided to mein the future) for recording or other purposes until I am advised that the wire <br />transfer has been completed. <br />Page 80 <br />
