12. Sound levels for bands and audio equipment will be required to be controlled and <br />maintained at a level set by the City. <br />13. Decorations may be put in by the Renter and must be removed by the time <br />indicated on the permit agreement as the time Renter's use of the facility ends. <br />Installations of decorations shall not inconvenience any other group. Unless <br />otherwise authorized, the area to be used by the Renter shall be available for set- <br />up no more than two (2) hours prior to the time indicated on the Permit <br />Agreement as the time Renter's use starts. Special requests for earlier opening <br />shall be made at the time the application for use is submitted, <br />14. No confetti, birdseed, rice, etc. allowed inside or outside of the Old Fire Hall. <br />15. Any decorations or helium balloons must be approved by the City staff. <br />Decorations shall in no way cause damage to walls, ceilings, etc. and any <br />materials used to display decorations shall be completely removed. Decorations <br />may be put up by the user and removed upon completion. <br />16. Candle use of any kind is prohibited. <br />17. All beverage inventories, catering equipment, etc. must be removed from the Old <br />Fire Hall upon expiration of permit. A rental fee of $50.00 per day will be <br />charged for every day after. <br />18. The renter shall be charged in hourly increments of $25 for any unauthorized <br />people, including caterers and band personnel, or use of the facility after permit <br />expires. <br />19. The Renter must comply with all City of Little Canada ordinances, Minnesota <br />State Statutes, Federal laws, and the established rules for use which apply to <br />authorized use of the Old Fire Hall. <br />20. The City is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items by <br />individuals or groups using our facilities. <br />21. Person requesting rental space must be over 21 years of age. <br />BUILDING CAPACITY <br />The City of Little Canada has limited the capacity of people in the lower level of the Old <br />Fire Hall to 75 persons. <br />Page 45 <br />
