Little Canada Road, a multi- tenant office /retail building at the southwest corner of <br />Little Canada Road and Jackson Street. The Adult Day Care use will occupy <br />approximately 6,600 square feet in the northwest corner of the 23,000 square foot <br />building. <br />The subject site is zoned B -3, General Business. To accommodate the proposed use, <br />the processing of a Conditional Use Permit is necessary. <br />Analysis <br />Evaluation Criteria. In consideration of the proposed use, the conditions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance related to Day Care Centers (B -3 District) are considered generally <br />applicable. These conditions and evaluation criteria are as follows: <br />C. Group Day Care, provided that: <br />1. No overnight facilities are provided for the children served. Children are <br />delivered and removed daily. <br />2. Adequate off - street parking and access is provided in compliance with Section <br />903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />3. The site and related parking and service shall be served by an arterial or <br />collector street of sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic which will be <br />generated. <br />4. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in <br />compliance with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. <br />
