Staff has experience creating and managing a government YouTube account. The user <br />name "CityofLittleCanadaMN" is currently available. Once video has been uploaded to <br />YouTube, it is easy to create links or embed video on the City's GovOffice web site, <br />making assets available in multiple locations. <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the creation of a YouTube account for the <br />City. <br />
