CONSENT TO ALLOW ENCROACHMENT OVER SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR FACILITIES KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Metropolitan Council, a public corporation and political subdivision of the state, being the holder and owner of a sanitary sewer easement dated July, 1984, and recorded on January 21, 1985, as Documents Number 771687 and 771688, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, covering premises lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and described as: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota; in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby consents to the encroachment onto its sanitary sewer easement, to wit: Easement Description: A 20.00 foot wide permanent easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and across the above - described property. The centerline of said easement is described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said Section 5; thence Westerly 268 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds, assumed azimuth from North, 1630.50 feet along the South line of said Section 5 to the point of beginning of said centerline; thence Northerly 338 degrees 32 minutes 54 seconds azimuth 398.13 feet; thence Westerly 266 degrees 54 minute 28 seconds azimuth 93.95 feet; thence Northwesterly 304 degrees 24 minutes 28 seconds azimuth 630.47 feet; thence Northwesterly 310.71 feet on a tangential curve concave to the Northeast, radius 1091.77 feet and central angle 16 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds; thence Northwesterly 320 degrees 42 minutes 49 seconds azimuth 178.47 feet, tangent to said curve; thence Northwesterly 130.31 feet on a tangential curve concave to the Southwest, radius 1407.85 feet and central angle 5 degrees 18 minutes 12 seconds; thence Northwesterly 317 degrees 07 minutes 43 seconds azimuth 141.11 feet and there terminating. The encroachment permitted by this Consent is described as follows: Little Canada/Centerville Road Culvert Extension and Fill Project.
