Frattalone Excavating <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. <br />Ro -So Contracting, Inc. <br />AMOUNT <br />$54,400.00 <br />$'72,959.00 <br />$74,554.33 <br />The low bidder on the project was F.M. Frattalone Excavating with a Base Bid of $54,400.00. <br />These bids have been revie1wed and found to be in order. The low bid is slightly higher than our <br />estimate ($51,500).
