Sod Arcade Street Instead of Seed <br />Description of Work: The Contractor shall sod the boulevards of Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the Arcade Street Project (from <br />Keller Parkway to County Road D). Sod shall conform to all existing contract specifications, including raking all rocks <br />and debris from the surface immediately prior to sodding and shaping the topsoil to match at the curb line and the prop- <br />erty line. The Contractor shall be responsible for watering, maintenance, and growth for a period of 30 growing days <br />from the time of placement. Although this change order does not alter any contract completion dates, the contractor <br />expressly reserves and does not waive it's right to seek an extension of time or contract completion dates relating to or <br />arising out of the work included in this change order or any other aspect of this project. The NSP easement <br />area from station 28 +60 to 30+00 will be seeded by the City of Little Canada. All sodding work shall be done by <br />the end of Monday. October 6, 1997. This date will be extended day for day for delays due to inclement weather. <br />By way of this change order, the Contractor is hereby authorized to sod the project beyond the MnDOT specified date <br />of October 1.
