Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 -6 -161 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HE RING. <br />TO CONSIDER nix: REZONING OF ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT <br />' /PROPERTY ALONG RICE STREET AS WELL AS SPRUCE STREET AT <br />THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME DETERMINED FEASIBLE BY CITY <br />STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 -6 -162 - ALLOCATING PROCEEDS FROM <br />SALE OF CITY PROPERTY TO DENERY DEVELOPERS TO T <br />PARK LAND ACQUISITION FUND AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />PARK & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />On behalf of the Council and Staff, Morelan expressed <br />his sympathies to Mayor Fahey and his family due to the <br />loss of his father. <br />Fahey thanked everyone for their comforting words and <br />thoughts. <br />/Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 -6 -163 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
