All sides of all buildings must be within reach of a 250' fire hose <br />connected to afire hydrant. All utilities and materiels must meet City standards. <br />,Streets <br />Designated street right-of-way should be provided. Offended Lane needs to meet City design <br />standards including construction of concrete curb and gutter. <br />Drainage <br />Drainage easements along the went side of the development need to be defined for ditch area. County <br />requirements must be met for storm water runoff into the County Road l32 ditch. Provide a copy of the <br />storm calculations for review. <br />fill <br />Fill provided must meet the requirements of the Minnesota State Building Codes. The developer will be <br />responsible for the suitability of each lot for construction and any erosion problems that may occur. <br />Page 10 <br />
