B. HEIGHT. LIMITATIONS. The height of an antenna, satellite <br />dish, or tower shall be measured from the ground at the base of <br />the antenna or tower to the highest point of the antenna, <br />satellite dish, or tower. TOWER SETBACKS. All new towers shall comply with one of <br />the following setback calculation options as measured from the <br />base of the tower to the nearest property line: <br />1) Equal to the height of the tower, including any <br />antenna attachments, plus five feet from any <br />residential use, exclusive of the property in <br />question, any residential, business, or public <br />Zoning District or any church or school. <br />2) Equal to the specific "fall zone" of the proposed <br />tower as determined and certified by a qualified <br />and licensed professional engineer, but in no <br />event less than the principal structure setback of <br />4 <br />Page 19 <br />
