G. Assignment. This Agreement, being intended to secure the services of a Certified <br />Electrical Inspector, shall not be assigned, sublet, or transferred without the written <br />consent of the City. <br />H. Conflict of Interest. North Metro agrees to immediately advise the City's Building <br />Official of possible contractual conflicts of interest in representing the City as well as <br />property owners or developers on the same project.
