We anticipate that <br />the work will conclude in August. <br />Because this is a State Aid expenditure, we request the City provide approval of the <br />project. A short suggested letter format is enclosed. <br />Also, please review the enclosed preliminary plan sheets which show locations of the <br />proposed work as they relate to the city's interests <br />We welcome your comments.
