Hanson <br />As you will note, the Parks & Recreation Commission discussed the need for notification <br />of adjacent property owners when a parcel has gone tax - forfeit and will be auctioned for <br />sale by the County. Please be advised that Ramsey County notifies all property owners <br />within 300 feet informing them of the parcel to be auctioned and the date and time of the <br />auction. <br />Page 181 <br />
