Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Wednesday, the 12th day of November, 1997, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, Scalze., LaVaile, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Member LaVaile <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />FINANCING PROGRAM FOR A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, GIVING PRELIMINARY <br />APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT AND THE ISSUANCE OF HOUSING <br />REVENUE BONDS, PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A HOUSING PROGRAM <br />(HOUSING ALTERNATIVES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY PROJECT) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Scalze , and after full <br />discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Fahey, Scalze, LaVaile, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />369326.1 <br />Page 3 <br />
