MINUTES <br />AMEND <br />REVENUE <br />NOTE — <br />ST. JOHN'S <br />CHURCH <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28th day of <br />February, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Jerry Filla <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Alan Brixius <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -2 -30 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 13, 2013 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />FEBRUARY 13, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />FEBRUARY 19, 2013 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Acting Mayor Montour opened the public hearing to consider approval <br />of a First Amendment to an Educational Facilities Revenue Note for <br />St. John The Evangelist School Project. <br />The City Administrator reported that St. John's Church is proposing to <br />refinance the tax exempt financing for their school project which was put <br />
