County Road C to R -2
Please be advised that the public hearing to consider the
rezoning of 10 W. County Road C from Single - Family Residential
(R -1) to Medium - Density Residential (R -2) will be postponed until
the April 24, 1996 City Council meeting. The applicant, Mr. Gene
Fasciana, has requested that the matter be tabled in order that
he might put together detailed drawings of what the proposed
twinhome might look like. Mr. Fasciana indicated that between
now and April 24th he would try to contact property owners within
the area to discuss the proposal and present his drawings.
Again, the public hearing will be postponed until Wednesday,
April 24, 1996, at 7:30 P.M. at City Hall.
In refrence to the above letters we received:
We are unable to attend the
_oaring. de are totally opposed
to tho proposal.
It happens all too often that land io purchased ;iith the
knowledge of :it's zoning Bta.tus. by people who foul they can just
have thinga ohan;ed to fit their plans.
There are enough problems on on Ruth Street with the non- single
family residences. Check the police calls and nci- .hbo': in that
area.
We purchased our homes because of the zoning etc. and feel it
is unjust to the rest of us who bought in rood f i.th and prefer the
area the ;iay it is.
It does not matter wh.it the t 1nhorle would look l.Ll e.lt
in the fact that there are already too nnny elultl 1.HJ.Lly d -, ,-sell
in Little Canada.
Thank you for your time and concidor:.t1DO of -thi.:; ;Titter.
Page 1
1
