Hanson <br />Please see the attached information relative to the creation of <br />performance measures in order to qualify for the receipt of Local <br />Performance Aid (LPA). You will note that we will need to start <br />developing workload measurements over the next 12 -month period <br />and start measuring performance in terms of efficiency and <br />effectiveness the following 12 months. In our case this aid will <br />amount to less than $10,000. However, it is coming from our HACA <br />distribution. Therefore, it should be applied for to minimize <br />impact to our local taxpayers. <br />The Council should authorize the Mayor and a member of the City <br />Council to execute the certificate on behalf of the City. <br />Page 1 <br />
