Page 2 <br />As mentioned above, your city may qualify for LPA by (1) having a system of <br />performance measures in place, or (2) by being in the process of developing and <br />implementing a system of performance measures. If your city qualifies for LPA by either <br />criteria, and your city wishes to participate in the distribution of this aid for calendar year <br />1997, your city must fill out the enclosed certification and return it to our office by June <br />30, 1996.
