The only significant change made <br />was reduction in amount of time associated with the public <br />process component. This resulted in a savings of $1,660 over the <br />initial proposal. Michael Schroeder feels that the remaining <br />components are still needed to have an effective project. <br />Therefore, I am recommending we accept this proposal as revised. <br />Page 5 <br />
