Hanson <br />Bob Sneen of Real Estate Masters has indicated that they are <br />still negotiating with Heritage Development Corporation regarding <br />the Heritage Office Park development. Real Estate Masters is the <br />owner of the property involved. Real Estate Masters is concerned <br />about the City entering into a Development Agreement with <br />Heritage Development Corporation prior to their negotiations <br />being concluded. <br />Therefore, Real Estate Masters is requesting that the Council <br />table action on the Heritage Office Park Development Agreement at <br />this time. <br />
