JUN -06 -1996 13:39 NAC 612 595 9837 P.04/04 <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 915 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONdNG ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO EXCEPT CERTAIN USES FROM THE DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 915.020 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />915.020 APPLICATION. Except for the uses listed in this subsection, all permitted, <br />Petted accessory, or conditional uses contained in Sections 905 through 915 of this Ordinance <br />shall be treated as permitted uses within a PUD District to eliminate the overlapping procedural <br />requirements of individual conditional use provisions. <br />A. Exceptions. The following uses are not allowed in the PUD District: <br />1. Motor Fuel Stations <br />2. Automobile Repair - Major <br />3. Automobile Repair - Minor <br />4, Motor Vehicle Sales Lots <br />5. Car Washes <br />6.
