MINUTES <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT - <br />2947 <br />CENTERVILLE <br />ROAD <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 9, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />May, 1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Scott Richards, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the April <br />11, 1996 Regular Planning Commission, the minutes stood <br />approved as submitted. <br />Mr. David Regnier, 2947 Centerville Road, appeared <br />the Commission requesting approval of a Conditional <br />Use Permit to construct an accessory building on <br />his property, bringing his total accessory building <br />area over 1,000 square feet. Regnier reported that the <br />garage he would like to build would be 28 feet by 30 <br />feet, and would be used to house his two vehicles, two <br />snowmobiles and a boat. Regnier reported that his <br />existing garage has a low ceiling and a 7 -foot door and <br />he cannot get his 1 -ton truck nor 4 X 4 vehicle into <br />the garage. <br />There was no one present from the general public <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Keis asked if the second garage would be used for <br />storage purposes rather than put to an industrial use. <br />1 <br />Page 6 <br />
