<br />Little Canada City Code 2601-3 <br />2601.060. GENERAL CONDUCT. <br /> <br />1. Damage to Property: No person shall injure, damage, deface, destroy, diminish or <br />impair the value of any public or private property located within any public park in <br />the city, including, but not limited to, buildings, structures, signs, trees, shrubs, or <br />vegetation. <br /> <br />2. Animals: <br /> <br />a. No person shall intentionally disturb, frighten, or kill any birds, wildlife, or <br />animal kept or found in any park. <br />b. All dogs, pets or domesticated animals must be on a harness or leash, or in <br />an approved designated off-leash pet exercise area operated by the City. No <br />owner or person in custody of a pet shall suffer or permit the pet to defecate <br />upon public property without immediately removing the excrement and <br />disposing of it in a sanitary manner. <br /> <br />c. The City may approve other animals within the park for a City sponsored <br />event or program. <br /> <br />3. Fire: Fires are only permitted in designated areas in the park that are provided for <br />such purposes. All fires must be completely extinguished before the person starting <br />the fire leaves the area. <br /> <br />4. Waste and Litter: No person shall leave or throw waste materials, debris, or <br />rubbish upon the grounds or water areas of any park. No dumping of any leaves, <br />branches, grass, and similar materials. <br /> <br />5. Fireworks: No person shall possess, fire, discharge, or set off fireworks or <br />explosives in any park unless authorized by the City. <br /> <br /> 6. Audio Devices: Use or operation of any musical instrument, radio, television, <br />loudspeaker, public address system, portable stereo or sound amplifying equipment <br />of any kind in any park must be confined to the immediate area and does not <br />interfere with the use of the park by other users or disturbs the residents of the <br />adjacent properties unless authorized by the City. <br /> <br />7. Alcoholic and Intoxicating Beverages: No person shall possess, offer for sale, <br />display, consume or use alcoholic beverages on any City park property, unless by <br />permit or permission is granted by the City Administrator or his/her designee. <br /> <br />8. Parades, Entertainment, Public Meetings: No processions, parades, pageants, <br />ceremonies, exhibitions, celebrations, training exercises, speeches, entertainment or
