CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before <br />the City Council of Little Canada at the city hall located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City on the 27th day of March, 1996, <br />at 7:30 P.M. to hear all persons present upon the proposed <br />vacation of the following drainage and utility easement: <br />20 -foot drainage and utility easement shown lying between <br />Lots 1 and 3, Block 1; Heritage Office Park and northerly of <br />the NSP easement (Document No. 1963770 and Document No. <br />1688391) and southerly of the northerly six feet of said <br />Lots 1 and 3. <br />Dated this 28th day of February, 1996. <br />2 <br />e R.
