The following reasons were cited as a <br />basis for this motion: <br />■ Although the land has some potential as park property, <br />a park in that area would involve more land than just the <br />three lots available. <br />► Planning a park in this area would involve looking at <br />property when the commercial area has been developed. <br />Page 106 <br />
