8. There shall be no locks on doors of massage rooms. <br />9. Whenever a massage is given, it shall be required by <br />the massage therapist that the person who is receiving the <br />massage shall have her breasts and his /her buttocks and genitals <br />covered by a nontransparent material. <br />10. Any massage therapists performing any massages shall at <br />all times have her breasts and his /her buttocks and genitals <br />covered with a nontransparent material. <br />2202.070..
