As we proposed and <br />discussed at the time of submittal of our proposed budget, the <br />enclosed amendment increases the monthly retainer for civil legal <br />services from $1,975.00 to $2,025.00 per month. Otherwise, the <br />provisions of the existing Retainer Agreement remain in effect, <br />as the same were approved on December 21, 1994. <br />Assuming the enclosed is acceptable, would you please have <br />the Council authorize execution of the same by the Mayor and you, <br />and return an executed copy to me for my file.
