US Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />(E) Recyclable Materials. The materials designated as <br />recyclable shall be the sole property of the City or its designated <br />contractor from the time set out for collection by the residents. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the City or its <br />designated contractor, to collect any items that are designated as <br />recyclable materials and set out for collection as part of the <br />City's curbside recycling program. <br />809.150. PROMULGATIONS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. The City <br />Council may make such administrative regulations and rules as may <br />be necessary and proper to regulate, enforce and implement the <br />provisions of this chapter. Violation of any such rules or of the <br />provisions of this chapter shall be grounds for suspension or <br />revocation of a license to provide collection service. <br />809.160. VIOLATIONS. Any person, entity, firm, or <br />corporation violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1996. <br />Michael I.
