The above property is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residential District (R -1) to Planned 'Unit Development District (POD). The City Administrator is hereby directed to make the appropriate changes in the official zoning map to the City of Little Canada to reflect and show the changes in zoning classification as set forth above.
