MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION SEPTEMBER 12, 196 LUY TO MOVE A HOUSE - BLUWOOD AVE. BRET ARCAND consideration if the decision is made to expand the recreational uses allowed in the I -P District. Keis recommended that the application for Text Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for additional recreational uses in the BW and I -P Zoning Districts as requested by Mr. Steve Marine, Di -Med Corporation, 2956 Yorkton Blvd. be tabled pending research by City staff to determine recreational uses allowed by surrounding cities in their industrial districts. Motion seconded by Carson. Motion carried 6 - 0. Mr. Bret Arcand appeared before the Commission requesting approval to move an existing house onto - a lot located at the end of Bluwood Avenue. Arcand reported that he has reviewed the recommendations of the City Planner and has no problem complying with them. Arcand reported that the Building Inspector has looked at the house and has no problems with it. Steve Morelan, 109 Bluwood Avenue, asked if Mr. Arcand planned to live in the house. LUY TO MOVE A HOUSE - LAKESHORE AVE. TITJ,ESKJOR Arcand replied that he did. Morelan indicated he felt the house would fit into the neighborhood, and had no problems with the proposal. Barraclough recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow a single - family house to be moved onto a lot at the end of Bluwood Avenue, subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated September 9, 1996. Motion seconded by Keis. Motion carried 6 - 0. Mrs. Wanda Tilleskjor appeared before the Commission requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to move -an existing house onto a single family lot located at approximately 2725 Lakeshore Avenue. Tilleskjor reported that she has reviewed the recommendations of 7 Page 14
