MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 10, 1996 The Planner indicated that after approval of a SUP for a home occupation, the Code requires a one year review. After that initial review, home occupations are then reviewed on a three -year basis. There are no additional fees involved, and as long as Code requirements are continuing to be met, the review is an automatic administrative renewal. Mr. Knudsen recommended approval of the Special Use Permit for home occupation as requested by Mr. Richard Thorp, 470 Costa Lane, for his lawn service business subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated October 7, 1995. Motion seconded by Carson. Motion carried 7 - 0. BECKER Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Becker, 551 Allen Avenue, appeared PROPERTY before the Commission requesting approval of the DIVISION division of their property on Allen Avenue into two single- family lots. The City Planner reported that the property division meets City Code requirements, and recommended approval Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the Becker property division as requested subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in his report dated October 7, 1996. Motion seconded by Montour. Motion carried 7 - 0. HERITAGE The City Planner reported that the owners of Heritage OFFICE PARK Office Park have requested approval to divide a 27 foot PROPERTY strip from their property so they can convey it to DIVISION the adjacent property owner. The business - warehousing property has been using this strip of property. Therefore, to resolve the encroachment issue, Heritage Office Park would be conveying the property.
