515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600
(612) 484 -2177 / FAX: (612) 484 -4538
October 18, 1996
TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council
FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Administrative Assistant
RE: Variance for Rear Yard Setback Encroachment
Belland Auto Repair
MAYOR
Michael I. Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morel=
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
I spoke with Steve Trudeau, Kraus - Anderson, who is representing
Belland Auto Repair in their application for a rear yard setback
variance. Belland Auto is in the process of negotiating with the
adjacent property owner for the purchase of this property. If
this purchase can be finalized, Belland Auto would be looking at
their options for adding onto their building. However, if the
purchase is not finalized, Belland would be pursuing their
variance application. In the meantime, however, Selland Auto
would like action on their variance application tabled. Steve
Trudeau will be sending a letter with the specific time period
for tabling this matter.
Page 81
