(Ord. 490, 5-25-66) <br />1013.04: PROCEDURE FOR VACATING <br />STREET OR ALLEY: Any appli- <br />cation to vacate a street or alley shall be <br />accompanied by payment of the amount set <br />forth in Section 1014.03 and by an <br />abstractor's certified property certificate <br />showing the property owners within two <br />hundred fifty feet (250') of the street or <br />alley desired to be vacated. The application <br />shall be heard by the Planning Commission <br />and the City Council upon the same pub- <br />lished notice, mailing notice and hearing <br />procedure as set forth in Sections 1015.02 <br />and 1015.03 except that the notice shall <br />contain a description of the location of the ' <br />street or alley desired to be vacated.
