(Ord. 490, 5-25-66) 1013.04: PROCEDURE FOR VACATING STREET OR ALLEY: Any appli- cation to vacate a street or alley shall be accompanied by payment of the amount set forth in Section 1014.03 and by an abstractor's certified property certificate showing the property owners within two hundred fifty feet (250') of the street or alley desired to be vacated. The application shall be heard by the Planning Commission and the City Council upon the same pub- lished notice, mailing notice and hearing procedure as set forth in Sections 1015.02 and 1015.03 except that the notice shall contain a description of the location of the ' street or alley desired to be vacated.
