WAIVER OF STATUTORY NOTICE OF THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND OF REASSESSMENT HEARING PURSUANT TO LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 92 -3 AND IMPROVEMENT NO 6334 The undersigned, Vernon L. Hanson and Dorothy M. Hanson, husband and wife, are the owners of the following described property located in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is legally described as follows: Auditor's Subdivision No. 43 St. Paul Minn. 150 ft of N 2254 ft of W 372 9/10 ft of Lot 1. PIN No. 05- 29- 22 -13 -41 Since the City of Little Canada will reassess the above - described property pursuant to an Agreement for Reassessment of even date herewith, it is necessary that the Little Canada City Council abate the current special assessments and reassess the above - described property at a public hearing or hearings pursuant to the requirements of Minnesota Statutes No. 429.071 an 429.061. The undersigned acknowledge they are entitled to both published and personal notice of both the abatement of assessment hearing and the reassessment hearing, and hereby waive their rights to such notice and waive any objection they may have to either the abatement hearing or to the reassessment hearing because of the failure of the City of Little Canada to give the undersigned the required statutory notice under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. The undersigned, and their successors, heirs and assigns hereby recite that the consideration for this waiver is the reduction in special assessments which were originally levied by the City of Little Canada on Little Canada Improvement Project 92 -3.
