WAIVER OF STATUTORY NOTICE OF THE ABATEMENT OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND OF REASSESSMENT HEARING <br />PURSUANT TO LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 92 -3 <br />AND IMPROVEMENT NO 6334 <br />The undersigned, Vernon L. Hanson and Dorothy M. Hanson, <br />husband and wife, are the owners of the following described <br />property located in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, which is legally described as follows: <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 43 St. Paul Minn. <br />150 ft of N 2254 ft of W 372 9/10 ft of Lot 1. <br />PIN No. 05- 29- 22 -13 -41 <br />Since the City of Little Canada will reassess the above - <br />described property pursuant to an Agreement for Reassessment of <br />even date herewith, it is necessary that the Little Canada City <br />Council abate the current special assessments and reassess the <br />above - described property at a public hearing or hearings pursuant <br />to the requirements of Minnesota Statutes No. 429.071 an 429.061. <br />The undersigned acknowledge they are entitled to both published <br />and personal notice of both the abatement of assessment hearing <br />and the reassessment hearing, and hereby waive their rights to <br />such notice and waive any objection they may have to either the <br />abatement hearing or to the reassessment hearing because of the <br />failure of the City of Little Canada to give the undersigned the <br />required statutory notice under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />The undersigned, and their successors, heirs and assigns <br />hereby recite that the consideration for this waiver is the <br />reduction in special assessments which were originally levied by <br />the City of Little Canada on Little Canada Improvement Project <br />92 -3. <br />
