WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL FROM SPECIAL REASSESSMENT OF LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 92 -3 The undersigned, Vernon L. Hanson and Dorothy M. Hanson, husband and wife, are the owners of the following described property located in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is legally described as follows: Auditor's Subdivision No. 43 St. Paul Minn. 150 ft of N 2254 ft of W 372 9/10 ft of Lot 1. PIN No. 05- 29- 22 -13 -41 The undersigned understand and agree that there will be a reassessment of the above - described property consistent with the Agreement of Reassessment of even date herewith. The reassessment shall be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. The undersigned, their successors, heirs and assigns, hereby stipulate and agree that the special reassessment sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen and 94/100 ($3,716.94) Dollars against the above - described property because of the construction of Little Canada Improvement Project 92 -3 is reasonable and does not exceed the benefits received by the above - described property by reason of the improvements. The undersigned, and their successors, heirs and assigns, hereby stipulate and agree that the special reassessment as described above shall be paid in full by November 15, 1996. The pay off amount with accrued interest totals Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four and 05/100 ($4,464.05) Dollars. The undersigned, and their successors, heirs and assigns hereby stipulate and agree that any right to appeal from the special assessment and the deferred assessment, or any part thereof, as described above, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes No. 429.081, or otherwise, is waived in all respects and in all events. The undersigned, and their successors, heirs and assigns hereby recite that the consideration for this waiver is the reduction in special assessments in the principal amount of One Thousand Four Hundred forty nine and 67/100 ($1,449.67) Dollars which were originally levied by the City of Little Canada on Little Canada Improvement Project 92 -3.
