STATE OF MINNESOTA CITY OF LITTLE CANADA COUNTY OF RAMSEY Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENLARGEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ADOPTING THE MODIFICATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THEREFOR; THE PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 1 -1 AND 1 -2 THEREIN; THE ENLARGEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 AND ADOPTING THE MODIFICATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THEREFOR; AND THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2-1 THEREIN. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "City "), as follows: Section 1. Recitals. 1.01. The Council previously adopted a Development Program for Development District No. 1 in June, 1987 and subsequently modified the Development Program for Development District No. 1 on June 12, 1990; adopted a Development Program for Development District No. 2 on February 14, 1990 and subsequently modified the Development Program for Development District No. 2 on April 11, 1990 and on November 22, 1995; adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan ( TIF Plan ") for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 -1 in June, 1987 and subsequently modified the TIF Plan for District No. 1 -1 on June 12, 1990; adopted a TIF Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 -2 on August 24, 1988 and subsequently modified the TIF Plan for District No. 1 -2 on June 12, 1990; and adopted a TIF Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1 on February 14, 1990 and subsequently modified the TIF Plan for District No. 2 -1 on April I I, 1990 and on November 22, 1995. 1.02 The Economic Development Authority of the City has jurisdiction over the Development Program for Development District No. 2.
