EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 18, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said <br />City on the 18th day of December, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Morelan, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />DIVISION #DA065770 AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County has requested approval of an assessment <br />reapportionment for Division #DA065770; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The property division involves the conveyance of a small portion <br />of property from the Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -43 -0027, owned by <br />William Schmidt, to Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -43 -0017, owned by John <br />Ryan and Yvonne Kustelski; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />City staff has reviewed the property division and recommends the <br />following assessment reapportionment: <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT - <br />Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -43 -0027 - Impr. No. 92 -3 - $3,006.80 <br />Impr. No. 93 -10 - $4,510.00 <br />Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -43 -0017 - Impr. No. 92 -3 - $2,658.93 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT - <br />Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -43 -0032 - Impr.
