NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Little Canada (the <br />"City "), County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 1996, <br />at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Little Canada City Hall, 515 Little Canada Road, <br />in Little Canada, Minnesota, relating to the proposal of the Little Canada Economic Development Authority and <br />the City to enlarge Development District No. 1 and adopt the Modification of the Development Program therefor; <br />to adopt the Modifications of the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1 -1 <br />and 1 -2 located therein; the proposal to enlarge Development District No. 2 and adopt the Modification of the <br />Development Program therefor; to adopt the Modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 2 -1 located therein (collectively, the "Modifications "); pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 469.090 through 469.108, Sections 469.124 through 469.134 and Sections 469.174 through 469.179, <br />all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Modifications are on file and available for public inspection at the office <br />of the City Administrator at City Hall. <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1 -1, 1 -2 and 2 -1 encompass all property and adjacent and interior roads <br />and rights -of -way as found on the attached maps. <br />Subject to certain limitations, tax increment from Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1 -1 and 1 -2 may be <br />spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Development District No. 1, as enlarged, and as shown on the <br />attached map, and, subject to certain limitations, tax increment from Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1 <br />may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Development District No. 2, as enlarged, and as shown <br />on the attached map. <br />[INSERT MAPS OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 1 -1, 1 -2 AND 2 -1 <br />AND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 1 AND 2, AS ENLARGED] <br />All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or prior to the meeting in writing. <br />Dated: November 13 1996 <br />N: \M INNSOTA \LCA NA DA \TI FMOD96 \PU BFI EAR.
