\_`d.._.)..L✓ YI1rA
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
490 -2281
February 26, 1991
Roger Christensen
% Parks and Recreation Commission
944 Transit Avenue
Roseville, Mn., 55113
Dear Roger,
This is just a short note to express my sincere appreciation for
all of your hard work as a member of the Parks and Recreation
Commission for the past three years.
I particularly enjoyed your direct, and sometime humorous,
approach and the energies that you have put in in making the
Commission a success. Your plan of involving members in
committees has been very successful and, I believe, has set the
tone for the Commission for years to come.
Roger, I especially appreciate the support you have given me
during this past year. I regret that you have decided that you
will be unable to carry on.. Although this decision will
certainly be a loss to the Commission and our department, I
believe that you will continue to share your talents somewhere in
our community in the years ahead.
Once, again - thanks for all your efforts. Call me from time to
time as I would enjoy getting together with you for lunch to
discuss the happenings in Roseville and beyond.
Sincsely,
7't
BOB BIE1 SCHEID,
Director of Parks and Recreation
BB /bf
Page 56
