MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 13, 1996 <br />SPECIAL USE <br />PERMIT - <br />HOME <br />OCCUPATION, <br />2570 MCMENEMY, <br />RYAN <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION - <br />2602 PARK <br />STREET, <br />FOURRE <br />Car Rental. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />Dr. Karen Ryan appeared before the Commission <br />requesting approval of a Special Use Permit for a home <br />occupation at 2570 McMenemy Street. Dr. Ryan reported <br />that she does some administrative work at her home and <br />would like to hire a part -time clerical worker to <br />assist with filing and typing. Dr. Ryan indicated that <br />she does not see patients at her home. Dr. Ryan <br />submitted a sketch plan of the property as requested by <br />the City Planner. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Montour recommended approval of the Special Use Permit <br />for home occupation at 2570 McMenemy Street as <br />requested by Dr. Karen Ryan subject to compliance with <br />the recommendations as outlined in the City Planner's <br />report dated June 10, 1996. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />Mr. Mark Fourre, 2602 Park Street, appeared before the <br />Commission requesting approval of a property division. <br />Mr. Fourre owns four twenty -five foot lots along Park <br />Street, and recently purchased two adjacent twenty -five <br />foot lots. Mr. Fourre would like to subdivide these <br />lots into two single - family lots, grouping the six <br />twenty -five foot lots into three and three. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Carson recommended approval of the division of property <br />abutting Park Street owned by Mark Fourre resulting in <br />two 75 -foot single - family lots subject to compliance <br />with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated June 7, 1996. <br />2 <br />Page 12 <br />
