MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 13, 1996 <br />concern that someone could come in and propose a gas <br />station /convenience store, for example, under the PUD <br />Zoning. The Planner also pointed out the existing Comp <br />Plan actually suggests that type of use as a <br />recommended use. The Planner pointed out the <br />recommendation is to except certain uses from the PUD <br />District. <br />Keis recommended adoption of an ordinance amending <br />Section 915 of the Little Canada City Code, known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance, by amending the Planned Unit <br />Development District to except certain uses from the <br />District as recommended by the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />ARCHITECTURAL The City Planner reported that the draft Architectural <br />GUIDELINES Guidelines for the B -3 Districts in the City are a <br />result of the input provided by the Planning Commission <br />at its last meeting. <br />ADJOURN <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to review these <br />Guidelines prior to its July meeting.
