If Owner fails to pay the amounts as provided herein, <br />City will discontinue sewer service to Owner's property with at <br />least five (5) days prior notice. <br />3. Owner will provide City with as- constructed plans for <br />connection to City's system. City shall also be allowed to <br />inspect Owner's sewer system installation at the time of <br />construction to ensure consistency with City regulations. <br />4. Owner acknowledges its responsibility for maintenance <br />of the sewer service from the City's main to and within the <br />building. Owner agrees that no connection of any other real <br />property other than that described above will be made to said <br />sewer main without the approval of City. <br />5. Owner agrees to grant City access to the above <br />described property for the purpose of making such other <br />inspections as are deemed appropriate by the City relative to the <br />operation of the sewer system on Owner's property. <br />6. Owner shall comply with all applicable Little Canada <br />ordinances and regulations relative to the use of the municipal <br />sewer system. Owner further acknowledges receipt of the <br />applicable ordinances at the time this agreement is executed. <br />7. City shall supply sewer service in a manner consistent <br />with its other customers. However, City does not warrant <br />uninterrupted service to Owner nor assume liability for any <br />interruptions which may occur in the future. <br />-4- <br />Page 13 <br />
